P.S. We wish to assure you that despite these financial hurdles, we are actively working to address any outstanding refunds (48 in total) by the end of this year (2024). Furthermore, for each refund not yet processed, an additional 15,00Euro will be added to compensate for the inconvenience and delayed funds.
